Looking for a front parcel shelf. Esp. brackets. hardboard shelf would be good so that I can use as a pattern. Pt. No. 916681.

I have converted the front brakes to Ford ventilated. The callipers had to be machined down. It was some time agoand I have lost the details of the curtsey were originally made for. Can anyone tell me ?

What is the solution to replacing the front inner wheel arch liners, Pt. No. 818983/4 ? I am making some out of F/G
I have the 2 bits of plastic as supplied by simmers( headlight and top horizontal ) Pt. No. XKC1308/9 and 821209/10

Also missing the bonnet stay guide Pt. 625889. How this became detached from the body is a mystery to me. It may turn up but I am not confident.

Bob

Hi Bob,

I may be able to find the two brackets that support either end of the parcel shelf for you. With regard the shelf itself, we are hoping to get some remanufactured; it's on the to do list.

For the front arch liners, do you mean the vertical guards which fix to the A post with three bolts behind the wing? I only have early parts catalogues when these were made from metal and the part number is different WKC 2552/3. You may get offered some second hand plastic ones possibly, but we have recently had the early metal ones remanufactured in zintec; the rubber edge seals for use with these are still available from Rimmers, but they have neither plastic or metal panels as far as I know. They are £30 each including delivery to UK addresses (we do ship overseas, but with the necessary postage increase added)

The 'trackerjack' brake conversion was designed by Jon Jackson; you'll find him either here, or on the official TDC facebook group.

I can probably find you a second hand bonnet stay also.

If you've got the outer brackets from Alun I can do you a NOS inner bracket if you still need it ( I think the R.H. one) Part No 629140 . It even has the nuts and bolts,
Tony.

I do have a complete parcel shelf which is fine for a template. It won't really post so collection only. I also have a massive sheet of millboard cluttering up my garage which can be used to build a new shelf.

Located in North Staffordshire nr J14/15 M6.
