For those who don't know, Ted Middleton, who has just turned 90, is now in residential care having reluctantly admitted he was no longer safe living alone. Earlier this year, at his request, I helped his step daughter clear his house and garages in order to secure his wealth of Dolomite parts to ensure that they ended up being used for the right purposes. It was agreed that I would offer them to Club members through this website, but rather than having to 'value' each item, I would let each item find its own value (if any at all) by using an auction style format.

Please make your best bids to me on the current offerings by PM, I will, time permitting publish current and final bids. Bidding for currently shown items will close at 12 Noon on Saturday 18 March

To make it absolutely clear, making a bid does not guarantee purchase. This is an auction format; the highest bid for each item received by the deadline will win that item and supersede any previous lower bids. If equal bids are received for any item, the earliest received takes precedence.

(please remove the quoted body of text/pictures when bidding by PM) Payment will be by two cheques, one for the winning bid payable to Mrs M Lancaster-Crook (Ted's step daughter who has Power of Attorney over Ted's affairs) and a second to cover postage at cost (to be advised) payable to me please (A R Nicholas). I do not benefit financially from this whatsoever; all funds raised go towards the costs of Ted's care, and the 'two cheque' method keeps this transparent to all parties involved (and makes for easy accounting on my part!)

Hey, I'll take the 7/16" wheel nuts if they're still available please.

- I've since read the top of the post.
Cheers,
Jacob

I don't Matt. The receipt is dated 1978, when Ted owned the Blue Sprint and an 1850HL, but paperwork inside the outer box makes reference to suitability for Bosch clockwise and anticlockwise distributors. ZKB44, 57, 58, 63, 65 and 66!

Just an FYI, the reverse light, pretty as it is, is not the type generally used on Toledos. These were, IIRC, made by Wipac and did not have the chrome frame round the lens.
