This years plan to get my striped shell restored hasnt happen yet due to other home improvements so iam going to take off the panels that need replaceing before its dipped at spl.What is the best way and where abouts on the front wings and front panel do i cut.Any pics of this being done will help.

If it's any help it's probbaly best to repair and then dip or else you'll have to take it back again.

I think maybe you need to be clearer which bits you need to remove and is it a case of replace or can they be repaired. Generally it's a case of drilling out spot welds and undoing the joining seams. Also don;t forget that what looks bad now will look a whole lot worse when you start cutting out as you'll discover more and more rot.

The sills /front wings/front panel rear panel /inner & outer wheel arches are going to be replaced.
