Its a standard antiroll bar off a late Sprint. I just twisted the end fittings upside down and mounted them in the holes already present in the front tie bars (don't forget the spacers!) The clamps and bushes are also from the Sprint, just mounted in a different place. I'll try and find some pics of the outer ends. Steve |

Thanks Alan, I may know more than enough about Triumphs but dealing with recalcitrant computers causes me tear out my remaining hair!Steve |

Quote: Steve,
Yes mate, thats how it used to work before photobucket went crazy! Now when I open up a picture, I get a tool panel labelled "Image links" containing 6 choices called 1) Email & IM, 2) Direct link, 3) HTML code, 4) HTML thumb code, 5) IMG code and 6) IMG thumb code.if you highlight the photo's link then press "Img" from the tools that should embed the photo. Ian. So far I have tried options 1 and 5 and I think I'll try 2 next! Any advice welcome! Steve |

This one looks cool! Hoping to squeeze 16" Hairpin alloys on mine - yikes! The two-tone grills are a nice touch. |

Thanks! glad you like it!The two-tone grills are a nice touch. 16s may be a bit of a tight sqeeze and you will need tyres as thick as a coat of paint but stick to 6" rims, get the offset exactly right and who knows you may be lucky! I thought long and hard about the grilles and this seemed like a nice compromise, subtle but effective! On another subject, I spent an hour on the phone to Spencer Ashley (Ashley Exhaust fame) in Walsall today and am going over to see him next Wednesday about a 4 branch manifold for the beast! He already makes one for the Manta RWD app with this engine so its largely down to modifying the exit pipe to fit the Toledo and tally up with my new Sprint sports system. I'm hoping this will liberate a few more horses at the top end of the power band compared with the home made and rather restrictive system currently fitted. Steve |

I was pondering 165/40 (whisper it!) Nankangs from Black Circles. They may permit the squeeze! |

Yeah that should do it and a 165 stretched over a 6" rim should give the taper so desired by the drift fraternity. I imagine suspension travel will not be an issue anyway since there probably won't be any! Steve |

Couldn't resist posting this lovely action shot someone got of the Carledo at the Retro Rides Gathering at Prescott hill climb, coming out of the Esses at full chat, you can see me leaning way over to counter the G, but the car looks very composed - well pleased! Steve |

Help yourself mate!looking very sweet, cant wait to get mine done and chase some moderns around a few tracks Taking out the local boy racers in their hotted up Corsas and Saxos gets old rather quickly, its no fun if its too easy! When I took it to Prodrive, only 4 cars got past me all day and all 4 had at least double my horsepower! I subscribe to the drag racers motto, GO HARD or GO HOME!!!! Mind you, ALL the Dolly drivers at Prodrive seemed to have the same approach, I think it goes with the territory! Steve |
