928mm. seam centres. (Now everyone will be going out to measure their seams. )

Are you getting the vinyl locally?

locally. Well, if 350km away can be considered local. The motor trimmers place can sell me the vinyl and the headlining material. The headliner will be the same as a TR7 and he's just confirmed they can put the seams into the vinyl, so 928 +/- 0.5mm it will be then :D

they apparently use a double seam with glue on both sides since the heat guns are not available to them.

I love the idea that someone 15000km away can provide an answer so fast :D

thanks

stu

This car is currently in the hands of a Malcolm Warren who has just competed Club Triumph's 10CR (10 Countries Run) in it.

Amazing work, car looks great.

I'm extremely glad there are people like Mart doing this sort of work and then letting the car out,
it gives hope to future ownership and keeping a Dolly on the road for at least another generation.

I'm also envious, as my car will never be up to that standard.
