Well..........it moves. Still got a problem with the clutch.
Managed to get it working by pump bleeding,
but after leaving it for a few hours it loses pressure,
but pumping the pedal a few times restores function. Most odd.

Still a few jobs to do but almost there. Never again..........................

Gonna try and book an MOT for Monday. I might get to TDCIR yet

Anyway a couple of pics.

Wow! That looks fantastic Derek. 8) I've just been looking through the photos I took when it was laid up in Bath. What a transformation!

How's the engine Derek, I heard you got it from a very dubious source but it was cheap???? Does it come back with all the shiny accessories still attached :D

I actually have 3 engines now.

The one I rebuilt (minus its head, hopefully David helping there), yours (tested and runs fine with no water leaks......now) and the one in the car kindly supplied by Colin in sunny Herts.

So yours comes back leak free and tested but not shiny......sorry

I think I can cope with that. The car looks great, do you have everything you need for it now?

Absolutely cracking car, pity you cannot make it to Hpom would loved to have seen it alongside Marts, maybe
get them together at TDCIR, by the way noticed you have an early Triumph badge and a late sprint badge on the rear, do you need an early sprint badge for the rear, i may have one hiding in the garage.

Got HWL out of the workshop today in preparation of its trip to the testing station.
Took it for a quick blast up the road to test and bed in the brakes. Only a short
drive but feels good to be behind the wheel after all these months of grief.

So a few shots from prior to my ownership and some more from today.

That exhaust tailpipe looks low, may have to tweek that.
