Anyone got any ideas...

Plastic tank so I cant weld it. 22 litres of fuel sloshing around and I just need something to baffle or absorb it....

I know its cheeky to put in here, but if anyone knows you guys do....

Baffle a tank by using a remote slave alloy tank (only needs to hold a couple of litres) that is deep and holds fuel when cornering hard.
Pug 205 have a shallow plastic tank that causes fuel starve, but take a look at Audi who have a deep tank.

It's called a swirl tank and is common in race and rally cars.

Judging by your avatar David you are getting into American Spiks custom car with hydraulic suspension.

Not quite lol,
The only thing you would want to do different is run the return line back direct to tank, not to the swirl pot.

Ok I think I may have misled a few of you.

The tank is in the car. Due to the motion of the car it sloshes the fuel around considerably, so much so that some of it comes out the vent pipe.

Something like Tin suggested may sort it...

My orange sprint has a foam filled tank. One thing you need to be aware of is that filling can take a while.

But it does stop it sloshing around.

David
