I am currently running what I think is a TT10105 cam which has a valve lift of 0.392". I want to get a cam with 0.408" valve lift (TT10106). Will this be a straight swap? I know with the STR0139 I would have head work to do (and probably bottom end work).

i run a piper rally cam 0.427' lift with no problems so i think you will be fine.
