For those that have never seen this footage it is worth a look. The Dolomite in the accident is still alive today.

The car was repaired (new radiator etc) and went on to compete many laps down. The Torana, driven by Jack Brabham and Stirling Moss also was repaired and went onto race until it blew a motor. I raced the Dolomite in a demonstration race around 1990 for the then owner.

The Sprint is now fully restored and for sale in Sydney ($50,000!!) but the owner does not really want it sell it, just use it to promote his business of selling race cars.
