Well and truly rotten. Is it a recent picture by any chance.

Taken last year....it was 1 of 7 Dollys on a farm.....as far as I know only 1 was saved .....an early Sprint that was 3rd or 4th off of the production line.

Well that's more recent than I thought it would be. It's amazing how dollies still turn up like this and although way to far gone there must still be some useful parts for someone to use. although not that much on that one I suspect.

Nose badge looks OK, still on DVLA data base.
Early front bumper (no holes in bottom) should have been saved, hard to find now.
I really wish you wouldn't make statements like "early sprint that was 3rd or 4th off the production line" (therefore ex geneva press release car) without saying more; I just loose sleep.
Someone told me that they knew where VA7 was in a barn a couple of weeks ago & I've been baggy eyed ever since.

We want details! :-P

Ah then this might be VA291 possibly.....it's on the list of cars owned by the TDC Sprint Registrar. I expect he would like to see this post if it is the same car, just to see it's long term hiding place. The poor old girl was in good company though.

Are you sure the white car is a Sprint?

I cannot see a vinyl roof or the broad coach lines on this one?

VA291 is the Mimosa one to the left of the photo. It is now in the hands of our very own Regalia Officer.

I presumed the white one was a Sprint , I know very little about Dolomites to be honest but I thought you would appreciate the few pics I took. The white shell was advertised on ebay at the end of 2012 but I don't know if it sold.

Doesn't mean it was not a sprint originally though. Wing mounted aerial is in a funny place but then again the whole front end is.
