I saw this the other day and thought it was interesting enough to share with you all:

So, a very effective way of adding EFi to a Stromberg or SU car without looking too modified.

That is an interesting link.

I have tried to improve the mpg on my early 1850 with some success, thanks to a Type 9 gearbox it now does a little over 40 mpg.
An LPG conversion is something that interests me. Jeroen has written very informatively about such a conversion here on this very forum.
What I am saying is if I go for fuel injection it will be to enable the use of LPG.

The manufacturer is in the USA, once emissions testing was introduced there Triumph had to lose PI and furthermore SUs were unsuitable,
so Strombergs were used instead.

(TR7s were sold in the USA firstly with Strombergs and then fuel injection.)

If you scroll down the TBI Pricing page, you see the application chart: http://www.pattonmachine.com/TBI-Pricing.htm
