More rot in sills, doesn't surprise me as I wasn't aggressive enough last time. So this time I had at with a cutting disk and flap disk. What I find currious is the rot pattern.

The bottom half of the outer and reinforcement panel go, but the inner sill is untouched by rot. Is that the normal pattern, and why does it rot that way?
