Hi there everyone,

I've just had the welding required for the MOT done on my 1973 Sprint and now the car is ready to be put back together again.
I'm hoping someone can point me to a garage that can competently and confidently refit the following to my car:
- engine (and get it going after more than 10 years inactive - it does turn) and ancilliaries
- gearbox and propshaft
- exhaust
- fuel tank.
I'm based in the North West but am willing to travel to the right garage. I don't want to fork out a fortune.
Thanks for any help.
Richard.

Would you travel to Whitchurch?

If so I can recommend possibly one of the best 'old school garages' around.

Countryside Classics, 01948 841541 speak to Rod. He's a great bloke, very reasonable prices and his workmanship is outstanding.

I've been using him for several years, he's worked on my Jag, MGB, Spitfire and Dolomite.

Everyone who uses him recommends him to their friends, indeed, he's just changed the clutch on my Dads Rover 75, and is panting my Uncles' Ferguson Tractor.

Tim

Or if you are prepared for Whitchurch, (in north Shropshire) another 30 miles will see you at my place! I can take all this on and have 47 years of Triumph experience. Labour to club/forum members at £25/hour (no VAT) PM me if interested!

Sorry to disappoint you chaps, but my next move is likely to be to Somerset circa 2020!
