I don't have a listing for New White, either in my many manuals and parts lists, or in my memory. Triumph only produced 2 "White" whites, (honeysuckle is listed as a white shade but is actually pale yellow) those being White (code 19) which is by far the most common and Sebring White (code 29) an early 60s shade that I have only seen on a few MKI Heralds Looking at the pics of your car I would say it's almost certainly 19 and the red trim will be Matador (code 12)
