No they don't, too much competition from the usual suspects to be able to sell them at a competitive price!

Steve

PS, I'm about to attempt the purchase of a Sprint set (3 hoses) direct from Goodridge, should I try for 2 sets?

I bought some black covered stainless braided ptfe or whatever it is from one of the race parts suppliers. I got them made up at my local hydraulic hose company and they almost look original, being black. All for about £27.

No, only 1 hose on the rear, even on dual circuit cars! The dual circuit is not a diagonal split like a modern, but a more simple front/rear split.

I'll be contacting Goodridge in the next couple of days, it will be interesting to see just how much markup certain other companies are putting on these!

Dave, I still have a set spare that I had made a few years ago. At the time I had 5 sets made. 1 is on the Carledo, i set is earmarked for my Sprint, Mahesh is getting 1 set and 1 set have been sold to another member. So there is one set left!
There is a slight problem with them, in that you have to relocate and modify the mounting bracket on the wheel end of the main hose to fit them. This has NO practical effect on their operation, they have been on the Carledo for all this time and everything is fine, even with lowered suspension and trackday use. When I get the next sets done, I will correct the flaw in my original design, but I don't know when that will be! In the meantime, if you would like the last set, they are £30 the pair. I can do pictures of the modified brackets (or even mod a pair for you if need be, it's hardly rocket science!)

PS, pic is with Sierra calipers, but AFAIK the Ka caliper has exactly the same hose fitment in almost exactly the same place and orientation.

For the stock hoses you mean, or for the TJ adaptors? Or both? And just Sprint sets, or the "everything else" set as well? (the rear hose is different on the Sprint) Or give me a bell Alun!

Hi Dave,

All models share the same front hoses. The 1300/1500 and 1850 share a rear hose whereas the Sprint rear is unique to the Sprint. All models only have three hoses, not four.

what i meant was,get four hoses made in a kit, then you only need to stock one kit, it will do all models, what size lenght is the rear hose for the 1500/1850,i think that way we can keep the price down, not having two hose size kits made, what do you think ?

Dave

Unless the price from your supplier is considerably less than the one we've had, I think it would make a universal kit that you end up throwing one away from even more expensive. We'd work on ordering a quantity of fronts and perhaps half the quantity of each rear and combine at point of order to make a 'kit' based on demand.

We'd also have to look into the product liability insurance of your supplier; my Interceptor was written off because one of the auto' 'box cooler hoses had been sourced from a cheap supplier and one of the crimped ends failed on kick down...

P.S. you know the stag has four hoses, one is shorter than the other at the rear,i bet that kit will fit
