 Post subject: 1500HL Suspension Images
PostPosted: Thu Aug 10, 2017 4:12 pm
Hey guys, me and my dad are currently rebuilding the front suspension on my 1500HL and fitting Polybushes but the company we bought them off kept sending us the wrong bushes or forgetting to send some and now we've got to a stage where we are totally confused as to what goes where as we are pretty much novices to this whole thing. Does anyone on here have a parts catalogue for the 1500Hl (Mine is a 1978 car) that shows the front and rear suspension? All I need are pictures of these pages to work off.
Thanks a lot!
-Sam

http://www.dollysprint.com/repair_manual.htm or https://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID008481 https://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID008487 https://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID008487

It is a manual for a Dolly Sprint, but the suspension is pretty much the same. I have just taken the front suspension apart on mine today to refurb it. Are you sure you want to poly the lot? Some people have complained about harshness afterwards and there have been people with fractured suspension bits as well.
