Here here from an old paranoid ex publishing IT type. I wouldn't touch Facebok with an OEM carb. mount so PLEASE PLEASE publish any Facebook articles somewhere that won't give out the size of my private parts to condom manufacturers (just between us it's extra small !!).

Many thanks Mike,

I didn't realise that there were so many L reg Sprints surviving in the SORN & Taxed category which is good news. As you say the Not Taxed category could cover a multitude of sins that would no doubt be interesting to delve deeper into.

How many Sprints were made for each of those years ?

Is there a list of all known Sprints out of the 23,000 that were made ?

The production figures are calendar years rather than registration years:

1973: 5446
1974: 4232
1975: 3589

So over half total production in the first three years.

You have saved me asking the question!

It is on the Official Club page rather than the one run by a fascist; I hear Mike too has now been blocked from that site and his posts removed!

Do you have XAV 519L on your List VA846, I have owned it since 1992 and am in the process of a Nut & Bolt restoration. It was first registered on 26th June 73 and I was reliably informed it was the first one sold by Rossleigh BL dealer in Aberdeen. Mimosa Yellow, No Headrests, 4 speed Gearbox. Been in Aberdeenshire all its days, on SORN at the moment.

Good Morning

Do you have JGW 798N on your list? I have owned it since January 2016 and I'm attempting to restore it to its former glory! Progress is fairly slow at the moment but I hope to pick up the pace over the winter.

Regards

George
