I've had to replace 2 this year alone, and it's getting a concern. I've even started wonding about upgrading them by welding in a gusset above the bush.

I'll see if I can get pctures of the break when the new one is on.

The swing over part may not be fully seated in its top hook. Prise the top hook out a tad and be sure it locates fully before fitting.

Fitchetts make very good ones of these....better than OE IMHO.

Are you using polybushes instead of rubber? Maybe that's transferring more force or something.

I didn't fit any of the ones that have broken, but the one that's just broke looked fine when I replaced the previous one - I looked at it to see how the new one fitted.

Yes I'm using orange polybushes. If that's the problem then I guess I need to get stronger ones than you know who sells, or strengthen what I've got.
