Does anyone have a photo of the original type of rear fog lamp fitted to the late Dolomite, or the make.

All help appreciated.

They were a dealer option fit until they became law in 1980 when the cheap Lucas type were used.

Same as this......................

Not 100% sure but as it was only law after April 1980 it was only the last year of production that had to have them I can't see Triumph spending money buying from other sources. I certainly haven't seen any other type on very late ones, the boot shape doesn't give to any flush fit type.

I have 2 on mine, one looks like stock but no make on it - probably safe trying to find 2 Lucas ones that have the bumper fitment.

There were several variations fitted, but all similar; some had a black plastic back, some had a 'chrome' plastic back...

I've found a view Lucas options on the net so will probably get the closest.

Mine are Raydyot. You can sometimes find them on Ebay. I used some metal brackets from Wickes, cut them down slightly, sprayed them black and then fitted the lights to the brackets.

There's a couple of Raydyot on Ebay currently, though they aren't hugely cheap. I think mine cost £15 for the pair, now people are asking double that for 1!

Typical, I'll hang out for better deals as don't need them immediately.
