Would the position of the tensioner indicate that the chain is stretched and needs replacing?

Would the position of the tensioner indicate that the chain is stretched and needs replacing?

It certainly looks to have self adjusted a couple or three times! (assuming the guides were correctly installed) Whilst you are in there, you might as well do it... |
