As I continue reassembling the car, coming across various parts I need, can anyone recommend suppliers for

The fixings used to bolt in the gearbox/transmission tunnel, both bolt sizes and the speed fixing (?) that slides over the floor to form the mounting point.

A soft not setting sealant for sealing the transmission tunnel.

A product to seal a dripping oil pressure switch mounted to a Smiths steel take off, also to seal leaky threads on a Facet red top fuel pump.

Insert strip for screen rubbers ( quality part that fits! )

Dimensions for the piece of metal that joins the middle part of the headlight retaining panel to the front inner panel. ( if that makes sense? )

The thread size of the rear half shaft hub nut - need a die to clean up the threads.

I know some parts may be easily sourced, but there’s nothing better that someone who can confirm the quality of a product - theres a lot of rubbish out there.

As always thanks to anyone who can help.

Chris.

Parts manual for Sprint

https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID201003

Rimmers list the specs for the setscrew codes in the manual. I wouldn't use them myself, you can often just type the specs into ebay and get them cheaper.

Mine was just fitted with some generic 1/4 inch thread self tapers and clips I found in homebase. The correct clip is 1/4 Valance clip, apparently.

As for the rest, no idea I am afraid, sure somebody will know. PTFE tape comes to mind for the leaking oil switch, but I suspect the oil might eat it, certainly isn't petrol friendly.

I would double check that it's not the body of the switch that's leaking. They sometimes do.... on the Spitfire mine did and by the time we got to the stop of the Stelvio last year there was so little oil left in the sump that going round corners or braking caused the pressure light to come on!

For the sealant I would consider butyl strip. You buy it on a roll and it seals well. It can be removed fairly easily.
