I have an Epson V750 PRO scanner which is connected to an Apple iMac.
Today I upgraded to OS 10.12 Sierra but the existing epson driver doesn't work so I installed the latest version
but to no avail. Rather helpfully Epson don't accept phone calls and their "live help" is useless.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks,

Ian.

By luck rather than design,
I have found a solution....

go to Launchpad and click on the scanner icon (the original type)
and use it from the toolbar. (Move the new icon to trash).

This is the very reason I upgrade things as seldom as possible!

Apple used to be very good with backward compatibility, but they seem to have taken a leaf out of Microsoft 's book since OSX!

I'm still running 10.6 on one machine so that I can print on one of my printers; all the other machines will 'talk' to it, but the print shifts by 1/3 of the page so you get a wide margin one side and missing information on the other!😠
