Well, my brother brought this back from Germany 8 years ago when he left the army, fully intent on doing a full rebuild...hmm...

It's a 1985 Escort XR3i cabriolet. It has sat on three different drives, and in two different garages since then, and not a great deal has been done to it. The shell is solid, it has a RS1600i engine dropped in but not plumbed in, needs a full repaint and a new hood. Should be easy enough.

I do miss the days when every third car on the road was an xr3i. The original clitoris car. So many happy days in blue, it used to eat one for breakfast most mornings [sighs nostalgically].
