Sodit, sodit, sodit!
KAC has suffered complete clutch hydraulic failure!

I'll start tonight, should have it fixed tomorrow am, to allow me to go and get Dolomite Towers etc.

If not, I'll be there in a van!

Right, it's the slave that's failed, I've bled it through, and will see how it is in the morning.

Don't really want to change the slave prior to Sunday if I can avoid it.

We won't be starting to set up until 9-9.30 so 11.30 arrival will be fine Tony.

Why not give Danny a call to see if he wants to travel up with you...
Great thanks for that.

Will have a car full as the wife & kids are coming.

Excellent...they will enjoy the museum, I'm sure. Hopefully the windmill will be operational.

BBC weather forecast looks good all weekend, possibility of light rain early on Saturday, but sunny from late morning and all day Sunday.

I have borrowed a nice BBQ so I will do my impression of master chef and do some cooking for a few hours.

I will be there with SFB at 9:30 to help Alun

See you there

Adrian

(first post)

I saw a beautiful Dolomite leave Webbs of Wychbold car meet as I was driving past a few weeks ago and it reignited my passion for these cars. My parents had a Maroon (Cherry?) Dolomite 1500 when I was young so have recently been looking at the for sale ads for one...

I only live a couple of miles away so I'm going to pop down and have a mooch if that's ok?

;-)

Right, KAC fixed and apparently behaving, now (over) loaded with Dolomite towers, chairs, banners, PA system, tables, gaffer tape, and other stuff!

See you in the morning

Well, though I never thought it was possible because of a myriad of social and family events, I shall be there tomorrow.

Regrettably it will be with AMG power as I have to leave at about 1.00pm, but I shall just be pleased to see everybody.

As others have said, weather looks good, and I can't wait to have a look round the venue.

I'm picking Ted up at 9am all being well, so should be there soon after; when I spoke to him earlier he was really looking forward to it, I just hope he remembers to get ready!

Fabulous day, 52 Dollies, Tollies, and FWDs graced the field, see next issue of Dolly Mixture for the results.

Thanks to Alun for sorting the venue, and all of the members and families that turned up and made it such a great day.
