Hi sorry I'm not clever enough to do links but there is a yellow sprint on ebay that may be a genuine members car but when I looked at the advert it is now in three seperate listings under what appears to be a group of sellers using some different seller names but linking to the same contact email. They appear to have listed a lot of different classic cars starting at £1 upto this Sprint which is now either £20,000 or £1.32 depending on which advert you look at. My concern is if the car belongs to a club member do they know its on ebay with the reg number in view. Ebay needs to block these listings.

NGS 996V is the number plate showing.

I was very worried, yesterday a large jetski was stolen from my
works yard where my sprint is kept.

My car is now blocked in with a van and forklift, but it still made me think twice.

At the moment Ebay is full of hacked accounts from scammers with hundreds of ads on each repeated throughout the day everyday and its not just classic cars its also 4x4's, modern cars, caravans, motorhomes, bikes, boats, tractors and probably more.

and ebay are not really doing anything about it.

Well spotted, listings from accounts from all over the country have been removed:

Slough, Ringwood, Leeds, Leyland, Potters Bar

Tax due 3/1/2017 and not on a SORN, oh dear, also has the export marker set, so pick a scam any scam! I'll go for grab a picture off the internet, hack a few ebay accounts with no multi factor authentication and weak passwords, put up a listing unbeknown to the ebay account owners, say you're selling it for a family member and that you need to contact them directly with this email address I have thoughtfully provided, don't contact me as I don't know anything (they actually don't) scam. :(

Edit: Just seen on Facebook that it is Mario P's car that now lives with him on Malta.

I'm pretty sure this is Mario Psaila's (ham 204 on here) car which he exported to Malta last year.

It was offered for sale on the bay last year as well. I think the pictures are from when Mario bought it (legitimately) early in 2017.
