i had MTV on the phone today about a van conversion they're doing for someone into art.

no more details yet, offered them my toledo, she wasnt having any of it, just after my technical expertise and a freebie (piece of random unspecified boat equipment).

I've been told by half my mates (who don't understand the point of owning a classic car) to ask MTV to pimp my ride. If they did I'd ebay it about 10 minutes after reciving the car back

My cousin's a music journo - she wrote to Westwood from the perspective of her Dolly1300 asking to be pimped... didn't work!

I emailed pimp my ridetwo years ago about a friends 1972 austin 1300 .their reply was along the lines of ..too old , too boring , not enough intrest in those cars.

looking back it was probably a good job they refused
