Did it actually sell on Copart though? When I looked it was still saying £875 no bids and reserve not met, I know the auction runs as a live auction on the day but if there were no bidders then maybe it is the original owner now listing it on eBay maybe? ........Copart as with eBay not everything sells ;)

The scary thing is, that with the new MOT exemption someone could get that running & drive it on the road!!!
But not legally. The MoT is only the bit of paper to say it has been checked and safe. If you use a car that has serious faults, you are in trouble if caught, MoT exempt or not. Only thing the owner would be safe from is the driving with no MoT bit.

When I looked it said starting price £875 no bids, Copart run a live auction but you can place bids before the auction, to know the final bid you have to watch the auction on line as when it closes the final price disappears straight away, I can't remember for sure but I think all cars then show as sold.......it's actually a little strange because usually once a car is sold the listing is also gonee unless they've changed that?

Strangely also the ebay listing has ended early and all bids cancelled..... it shows as the highest bid was £1,307 before cancelled...... but now it's re-listed......

The selling price drops with each subsequent method of selling...someone needs to cut their losses and let it go!!
