Well, in a moment of madness it seems I've acquired an LSD for the Sprint and am now mad keen to get it fitted!

It would appear that I now need a diff case spreader to get the old one out and pop the new one in: who'd a thought it!

Would anyone know how I go about getting one please as they seem as rare as the LSD's themselves!?

I guess I would prefer to borrow one rather than buy one as I can't see me using it too often, though if I have to buy one, so be it....that's if I could actually find where to buy one from!

Cheers fellas! 👍

Yes I have one. I didn't make it though, the guy I bought SFB off made it and let me have it with a few other bits & pieces. You're welcome to borrow it (both of you) but it is heavy (postage both ways). I can draw it up & dimension it, if you want to make your own (something else for James to make a batch of?). You could possibly use a sash cramp but it may restrict access to the CW. It only needs to be spread a few thou.

That's very decent of you Martin thanks!

I would be most interested to see some drgs please, though ironically, I'm now working with a company that only bolts stuff together, where as in my last place they had a great fabrication shop where I could have got one made up! I know some handy chaps still though....

I'll ask Steve what he wants to do, I'm not averse to coming down to pick it up if I have to...

Incidentally Martin, what oil would you recommend for use with an LSD please as I know you've been running an LSD until recently?

I'll have a look later, I'm sure I still have some.

Not a recommendation as such. I used Comma LSD oil LS80W-90 GL-5.
