Looks suspiciously like a Sptfire one, but pretty sure the GT6 is the same. Next to the vents on either side there are posts for the tonneau to attach to on the Spitfire, I wouldn't imagine they would be needed on the GT6. Looks like the holes are there for them on that one.

It's from a Spitfire, at least MK IV and 1500. As said above the holes next to the vents are to fit the metal cover strips. Some screws also double as a fastener for the tonneau.

GT6 MK 3/Spitfire IV/Spitfire 1500 are the same part number. I think the differences (for tonneau fittings etc) are in the metal surrounds for the vents or the screws.
