I did a search of Palmside’s on-line wheel catalogue, for wheels of any style with a 95•25 mm = 3¾ inches PCD. The results indicated that there are no wheels available in the 14 inch diameter, and there were extremely few available options in either13 inches or 15 inches diameter, most of which were completely unsuitable owing to width and/or offset.

Size: 13 x 5 PCD 4 Rim depth 21 Offset ET20 with caps and nuts in Silver for Triumph.

Revolution 8 spoke Classic 13x6 - 4x95.25 Triumph et16 - cb67 with Caps (67 mm centre-bore? If so, then not appropriate to Triumph Toledo & Dolomite)

8 spoke classic 15x6 to suit 4x95.25 et22 fitment for some Lotus Elise & Elan, Triumph, TR2, 3, 3A, 4, 5, TR250, 6, 7 & 8, Dolomite, GT6, MGF, Montego, Caterham Seven.

The 6 x 15 inch wheel with 22 mm offset, is even less well suited to the Triumph Toledo & Dolomite, than any of the MG Montego, MGF or MGTF factory-fitted 6 x 15 inch wheels with 28 mm offset!

The 6 x 13 inch wheel with 16 mm offset would be even worse!

The 5 x 13 inch, 8-spoke MiniLite style wheels with 95.25 mm PCD & 20 mm offset that you sourced from Palmside are their least unsuitable wheel option for your Triumph Toledo, so I hope the prove to be okay.
Regards.

Looking at the road wheels section on Page 28, of the September 1998 edition of Rimmer Brothers’ Triumph Dolomite parts catalogue, I found a reference to Minilite replica road wheels which are described as follows, but gives no information about offsets.

MINILITE REPLICA ROAD WHEELS

As an attractive alternative to the standard Sprint alloys or 1850 / 1500 / 1300 Steel Wheels, consider a set of lightweight Minilite Replica wheels. Made from Aluminium, they are available in 5.5J x 13” for standard fitment or 6J x 13” where wheel arch clearance may necessitate bodywork modification.

WHEEL KIT (inc. 4 Wheels, 4 Centres & 16 nuts)

5.5J x 13”
• For use with 3/8” Wheel Studs (1) | RT1229/5.5
• For use with 7/16” Wheel Studs (1) | RT1232/5.5

6J x 13”
• For use with 3/8” Wheel Studs (1) | RT1229/6.0
• For use with 7/16” Wheel Studs (1) | RT1232/6.0

Wheel only (4) | RT1230
Wheel Cap only (4) | RT1231
Wheel Nut only
• 3/8” UNF (16) | RL1471
• 7/16” UNF (16) | RM8239

The 5 x 13 inch “Minilite” style alloy wheels with 20 mm wheel-offset that you bought from Palmside in New Zealand, seem suspiciously identical to the 5 x 13 inch “Minilite” style alloy wheels with 20 mm wheel-offset, available from John Brown Wheels in Great Britain.

https://palmside.co.nz/collections/whee ... ke-4x95-25

5 x 13 inch – “Minilite” alloy | 20 mm offset | 67•1 mm centre-bore | 5•40 kg weight | £78•05 unit price

Had they been available from Palmside or elsewhere in New Zealand, you would have been better off with the 5½ x 13 inch “Minilite” style alloy wheels with 25 mm wheel-offset, that are available from John Brown Wheels in Great Britain.

5½ x 13 inch – “Minilite” alloy | 25 mm offset | 67•1 mm centre-bore | 5•40 kg weight | £80•35 unit price

https://www.johnbrownwheels.com/product ... -5513ML495

Notwithstanding the issue of the relatively small wheel-offset of 20 mm or 25 mm, that would oblige you to limit the choice of tyres, to a maximum of 175 mm section-width (i.e. 175/70 R13, 175/75 R13 or 175/80 R13), one of my major concerns is the relatively large 67•1 mm centre-bore diameter of these “Minilite” style wheels, which would require the use of a spigot ring (aka hub-centric ring) of some description, to support the wheel on the hub-centre.

https://www.wheel-size.com/articles/hub-centric-rings/

I would feel rather uncomfortable relying solely on just four x four relatively puny 3/8” UNF wheel-fixing studs to support the weight of a fully-laden Triumph Toledo 1300 or 1500 (circa 1¼ tonnes) on their own.
