Any opinions if this is a genuine BL panel?

Appears to have two holes drilled for a later smaller front badge.

It's not in two parts joined around the badge area like some reproduction panels, but the primer is a kind of dark brown. Most BL panels I've seen seem to have had black primer - but very unsure on this point.

It has three holes for the badge. The later, smaller badge was still fitted using three pins.
