I've ended up with four of the above master cylinders in the core pile; identical to the Sprint unit except for the fact there are no mounting flanges cast onto the body of the cylinder! Anyone recognise what application they might be for?

I don't know what they are - but definitely not Marina!
Marinas have normal bolted flanges like a Dolomite.
A Marina clutch slave is flangeless,this might be what you are thinking of? Incidentally if you have any Marina clutch slaves they are worth good money as they are very hard to get now.
