Im absolutely sure this has been covered on this site, but I cant seem to find what I want to know.
My seats that are in my car are not original, they are possibly MGB? and are so uncomfortable for me, that it makes it hard to drive much over 30 miles before Im calling the osteopath,
I have a pair of MGF front seats, and want to fit them to my Toledo, I know its been done, and thats not an issue how to do it, what my problem is I have a 2door Toledo, and MGF seats do not tilt forward, they recline, but no tilt, any thoughts on how to make them tilt

You're perfectly correct, MGF seats don't tilt, so are no use in a 2 door, unless you do what I did and remove the back seat! I didn't realize they wouldn't tilt till after i'd fitted them either. If you don't want to do this, find some seats that do tilt, like the almost identitical MG ZR 2 door models. It's really not worth messing with seats to make them do something they aren't designed for.

Or I have a pair of 1/2 alcantara 2 door BMW seats (which DO tilt) lying around doing not much ATM, if you're interested. They are mainly electric and therefore not light, but they are fairly narrow and the switchgear is all on the seat itself, so should only be a live and earth needed to make them work.

PS, the seats in your car are, I think, Corbeau replica 50s buckets, I'm not fond of them either, but shorter folk find them comfortable, or so i'm told.

Steve
