Hey all
Does anyone know what the size of the thread is for the fitting on the bottom of the fuel tank? Where the line comes out and goes to the fuel pump?
I’m not using that on my set up so I need to block it off. Currently, I have the old line and fitting still there with the line folded over to stop fuel coming out but it’s got a small leak from it so want to just fire a bolt in to fully block it up.
Thank you

What he said, ^^^^^
The bolt WILL bottom in the adaptor and seal, just, but safer to wrap in PTFE tape as well!

Re: Fuel tank fitting size
Are you sure it’s 3/8”? It certainly looks a lot bigger than that.
I don’t know if I described it very well but I mean the bit of line that comes out of the tank, the tank side of that line where it bolts into the tank. I’m 70% sure that the steel hard line is around 8mm or the imperial version of it so it would seem a tad tight, unless the fuel line is 8mm except for the bend into the tank which is smaller.
Either way, thank you for the help
