I love it when a plan comes together

That was a far better answer than mine - websites duly saved for later "plans".<br>

Unlock

Try the code you've found - it won't do any harm because it can't be "locked" any further than it already is.<br>

3410 vs 3310

I'm working from memory so could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain they have different connectors and therefore different car-kits.<br>

I'll definitely be able to dig out an outer casing, so if George supplies the handset and Susie gets the unlocking code you'll be able to say "I love it when a ...

RE: Unlocking

I'm sure you'll find somewhere than can do it for a lot less than £40. Around £10 is the norm. It's only a software upgrade. Most of the brand name high-street stores won't be able to do it, but I reckon nearly all of them will know the local independents that can/will. Look out for those places ...

RE: Unlocking

Hi Ken,<br>
Essentially any phone can be unlocked. Your 6630 has the capacity to work on Tesco - they're a virtual network piggybacking the T-Mobile system which operates at 1800MHz. Your handset can operate on 900MHz (O2 and Voda), 1800MHz (T-Mobile and Orange) and also 1900MHz (mainly the U.S ...

Unlocked

Also, they only need to be unlocked if they were locked in the first place (and also, only if you want to use it on a different Network to the one that it's locked to). It's just a way of encouraging us to use the Network that subsidised the phone at point of sale. (You'll notice that "off-line ...

One family car

My first car (14 years ago) was a Dolly 1300. I've always had at least one Dolly since, but along the way my "everyday" cars have included a Mini Clubman Estate, a Cortina estate, an Audi A4, a V6 Alfa 156, a Jaguar Sovereign and a diesel Golf. This month has been my absolute moment of clarity where ...

Practical Classics

Going back a couple of years and my memories terrible at the best of times, but if that was the article with the Capri, Manta(?) and the Dolly at Bruntingthorpe, that'll be mine. It still looks the same because it's hardly been anywhere (more's the pity). There was a small pic on Brian Kitley's ...

Compliment

Yeah - just realised how "grass is always greener" I must've sounded. Obviously meant dream car to go along with my current one. I like the idea of a really standard exterior with a license to do whatever you like under the bonnet. That's why I'm thinking I need an extra dolly (or two).... better ...

Broadspeed

Yep - Delpht Blue. I'm the worlds worst (or should that be best?) procrastinator so a garage rebuild is taking about 3 years longer than it was supposed to which means my dolly lives too far away to get out and about with as often as I'd like.<br>

Sun Slats

Ha ha - beauty is in the eye of the beholder I say. My Broadspeed Sprint has a set of those - it gives the hot-hatch chav brigade something else to wonder about when I blast past them. Keeps the top of the back seats from turning to dust in the sun too.<br>

Go on - buy a set - you know you want ...
