The discs you mention sound like the spring seats or caps. Sometimes these need a bit of adjustment to go on. If they have come off a dolly then hopefully they wilol be spot on. I'd be tempted to leave the bushes alone in the shox unless they look past it.<br>

And it has a free download called foxy tunes which sincs with itunes. It puts a toolbar on so you dont need to flick between the two to change tracks or adjust the volume etc<br>
