Unsprung weight is an issue but . . .
What about brake pedal travel?? I'm no hydraulic expert, but i think you should put a greater displacement brake master cylinder to take the extra brake fluid necessary to push the pistons. <br>

Never run an engine . . .
without thermostat as the coolant might not be evenly distributed in the cylinder block or the cylinder head, there might be hot spot where there is no or almost no coolant movement, so you might end up with the front cylinder of the engine cool and the rear almost boiling . . .
