After measuring the shims on the sprint head and calculating the new sizes needed I'm now stuck as to where to buy new shims, Rimmers does up to 0.130 in and I need a few averaging 0.170 in, does anyone know where to get thicker shims.

Re: i would
When I got the head skimmed the engineer told me to make sure that I added the correct type of anti freeze as some would cause more corrosion than others, so which one do I buy.

electronic ignition
Don't shoot, but I would like to know if it's worthwhile fitting an electronic ignition to my Sprint, if so what the best type to go for or should I stick with what I've got.<!--EZCODE IMAGE START--><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b6d632b3127cce8c634bf71ab800000016101QctHDZqzYg" style ...

solex carbs
Hi guys, I'm just looking for some info on a pair of solex carbs with K&N filters attached on a manifold, they were in the boot of my Sprint(ULG 62R) when I bought it last year, were they any good? why were they fitted? and how do I post a pic of the car? cheers
