I hate to say it, but I dont think they did! <br>

But I bet the rally Dolomites had more in common with their road going versions than escorts did!<br>

They were seriously underfunded compared to Fords.

Also the main thrust of the competition department was the brititsh touring cars championship, which the sprint won in 1975.

According to Graeme Robson's book "The Works Triumphs" Srpints never won a classified rally but did win numerous Group 1 classes with a 2nd overall in the 1975 Tour of Britian and 1976 Scottish Rally.
