#1 Post by LewisK » Sun Apr 16, 2006 5:56 pm
I've started adding some stuff, but there's plenty more to come.
Excellent! I like the entrepreneurial spirit; I hope it takes off for you.

The apostrophe is in the wring place though; should be before the 'S' to denote missing letters...

Actually - that's something I'd not considered from a grammatical point of view. The Chevette in question was low & also very slow.

Looks 'right' though <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/roll.gif ALT=":rollin">

Thankyou good sir!
(Should have consulted Eats, Shoots & Leaves <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol"> )

Yeah, it does 'look' right; I'll give you that; obviously you chose the apostrophe to denote the ambiguity of your statement rather than the missing It.

Reminds me of the Burger King marketing idea they were forced to drop because they used an apostrophe such:

'king tasty!

Ironic really when morons walk around with FCUK written on their t-shirt, hat etc as if it were either big or clever!!
