Seem to be plenty of Princess Calipers on at the moment, thought they were as rare as rocking horse doo doo?
Think they're as rare as everyone thinks they are. They're useless though, wee fluid everywhere like there's no tomorrow.

UL now make 'proper' calipers that can be used in place of Princess ones, nice aluminium ones...
Quite expensive I would have thought, probably more than a complete car.
No disrespect to Princess owners. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

I guess for 240 quid a pair you could justify it as being expensive, but I know which I'd rather have <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/roll.gif ALT=":rollin">

Princess

They tend to go for £180 a pair on ebay. An extra £60 and you can get the Hi-Spec ones. I know what I'd go for.

Princess ones are Ok for road use but do a few laps on a track-day and you will find owners looking underneath their car wondering why brake fluid is pissing out of them. Seen it a few times. There is a Volvo cast 4-pot that does the same job as well as the Princess ones but I can't remember what model. 245? Anyone?
Well, I'm pleased to say that I didn't pay £180 for them, although I did pay slightly more than I got for them.
Volvo 240 series are a common swap on Manta's this allows use of Carlton vented disks, though can't remember diameter's etc.
Sorry Scot!
