BT must pay you compensation a certain time after your first request; I didn't pay a phone bill here for nearly a year after I moved in as they credited my account for the time it had taken them to connect. Same goes for a fault, if they don't provide the service after a certain time you get compo, but you have to ask for it.

I have various engines around the place but non of the spare ones are known quantities and none are complete like that one either.

Worth registering your interest with the seller, particularly if you are local. Engines tend to prove difficult for folk to pick up due to lack of transport/lifting etc...

we now have phone line.a bit late and an engine short.
shame about your engines, need to get it sorted as i am losing patience with the car.have contacted the seller of the sheffield engine.
have been offered another engine for £175.00 but is in Norfolk...that is a long way from here.not sure if too much or not.
