A good result all round. If they had used their brain in the first place and appeased you when you first made the complaint, they would still have their jobs. At least the RM seems like he has his head screwed on. Sometimes, your complaint gives them the ammunition to sack someone that they didn't have the evidence to back up. Probably done them a favour.<br>
