Finest Steering Wheel, fit for a Princess ?

Very early car this and could do to be put back to as it was "before".<br>
I first saw this car about 1998 at Northern Dolly Day absolutely mint in Damson and it's been on the bay a couple of times. I was aghast to see it's new paint scheme.<br>
YNL 721 J was it?<br>
