How long is your gearbox input shaft? 1850/1500 differences

bell housing wont fit a non scroll shaft. I once stupidly did one up on the bell housing bolts a it wouldnt mate up.... cracked the scroll bit....<br>
That was a long time ago when I was a bit more inept and ignorant box wise...<br>
You really want the oil seal type I reckon anyway. I think you can drift the scroll bit out and use the seal. Must have a look at that knackered old bell housing....<br>
