thats what the spring inside the slipper is for....<br>
It certainly doesnt work off oil pressure or the new ones wouldnt work. It was never oil pressure anyway....that was just for extra lubrication. New ones like I said dont have them and work fine...2 million MGB owners cant be wrong...(same tensioner FYI)<br>
SO who's right Phil? We all know our stuff but our credibility is at stake here?<br>
