Stoneliegh Restoration Show: 01 October 2006

We now have the passes and some info about the show;<br>
There are 3 vehicle passes - these are to get cars in through the exhibitor's entrance and if necessary into the hall itself (for unloading etc). You may need to check if more passes are needed Jeff, ring Vintage & Classic Events to confirm.<br>
There are around 10 exhibitor's passes, these are needed to gain entry to the hall for setting up. Everyone working on the stand needs one. We can order more if necessary, the club will pay for them. Setting up times are Saturday 2pm - 9pm (approx) and Sunday 7.30am - 9.30am. All exhibitors must be in the hall by 9.30am (<!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong>exhibitor's passes not valid after that time</strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END-->) and setting up completed. Doors open to visitors at 10am, show ends at 5pm.<br>
The stand size is 8m x 6m, electric is provided.<br>

I'll be going over on the saturday to unload some gear. Will advise the location to meet up ASAP, (it'll be the same garage as last yr to those that were there) just need to pinpoint it on the map. It'll be 7.30am meet by the way.<br>

Cancel the above, the badge holders that I thought I had have sprouted legs and marched off into the sunset. The new ones I have managed to procure are 75mmx40mm.

I'm struggling a tad here chaps, can't place the BP Garage. Map looks as though it shows the A45 and the 'suicide' roundabout by the Airport with the A46 leading up to the M69. <br>

I can't for the life of me place the BP Garage. I have vague recall of a garage near to the Island on the left as you head east past the suicide roundabout, couldn't tell you what 'brand it is', am I in the right place <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :eek --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/eek.gif ALT=":eek"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END--> <br>
