Advice on some bits....

This is all kinda circular but as I'm getting there I need my memory refreshed...<br>

I need a brake bias valve. Now, I hear that the knob type would be better (more adjustment). Any recommendations? Don't really want to spend more than 50 quid <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :) --><img src=

Also, I need a set of s/h lowered & uprated springs, maybe even shocks. Anyone got any lying around?<br>

Is the Jigsaw steering UJ the only one that fits or does the Rally Design one too? I tried to order one from Jigsaw but they didn't have any last time.<br>

I think that's all. <glum> Gonna have to uprate the brakes, they're useless. 1500 master cylinder and servo, single circuit, bout as good as sticking my foot out the door.<br>

Any landy M/cyls that drop in? Or anything beefier? <br>

Going to be rebuilding the axle and brakes this weekend...joyous. Oh, and the rack.<br>

Yes the Rally Design one fits but I can't remember the part no. I didn't realise Jigsaw had started selling these as well.

It should fit ok. Mine did, but I know others had trouble. I had to cut off ½" from the end of the shaft but others say they didn't. Strange phenomena. Someone was sent a cast one but I think that was just a one off, it should be pressed steel.

I had to cut a little bit off the lip on the edge of the inner wing, just 1 1/2mm or so.

I've got a 1" bore willwood brake master cylinder you might want to take a look at. Mounting holes are 90 degrees out compared to standard sprint but I'm sure there is a way around that. Its a single curcuit master cylinder. <br>
<br>
The tilton brake bias adjuster is fine, knob or lever. Knob is probably less intrusive and as you say has finer adjustment. <br>
<br>
By the way, the guys at the rolling road near you seem alright. Cost me £125 for 2 and a bit hours of work on carb adjustment, timing and a a couple of power runs. I got the feeling that they are not into doing a full rejet but if you are happy that your carbs have had the right jets in from the off then I would recommend them.<br>

A larger master cylinder bore will actually give less pressure.<br>
(More area mean's less pressure Dont ask me how it work's)<br>

I over came this by moving the pivot point on the brake pedal.<br>
Willwood 1 1/16" on the V8.<br>
