Yorkshire meetings

Can anybody tell me exactly where and when any TDC meetings in Yorkshire are held? I know there's supposed to be one in Leeds but other than that I don't know any more. Details seem to be a bit vague in the DM mag.

They're held bi-monthly at the Horsforth Club in Leeds, organised by David Hails. David's phone number is on page 33 of Dolly Mixture issue 107. It's also listed again on the Area Reps & Meets pages in every edition. Unfortunately you've just missed the September meeting, but if you ring David he'll tell you the date of the next one.
I've found out that the next meeting is on Monday 8th November at the Horsforth Club in Horsforth, Leeds. I work on Monday nights so I've booked that night off and plan to attend.

Is it possible to attend as a "guest?" I have just bought a Dolomite and will doubtless join up once i have paid off the christmas debt and the road tax. It would be great to meet people who know all about the car (maybe they can tell me why water is dripping slowly from behind the dashboard!)
Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings whether they're club members or otherwise <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D"> .
The water drips are likely to be because of blocked drainholes in the front of the bulkhead, easily sorted by careful poking through with a piece of wire. If you're not sure where the holes are, find out at the meeting! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

Thanks a lot (Andy?) I shall have a look for the drain holes over the weekend. I look forward to the meeting and will doubtless be in touch soon to sign up. There are a host of little bits that I'm after already!
cheers Simon

...to see you. This will be my 2nd meeting since I joined the club. In case you don't know, the Horsforth Club is on the A65 as you follow it out of Leeds and through Kirkstall. It is on the left just before you approach the roundabout at the junction with the outer ring road.

See you on Monday!

Rob, it was good to meet you (even without your Dolly) Nice to know that there are people in my age bracket (30-something) interested in these cars. Don't forget about that other meeting in Barnburgh I mentioned. First Tuesday of every month and I'm sure that you'll be made to feel welcome.

It was very nice to meet you all. Had an interesting evening although I don't think the Sprint was too pleased to see the appearance of the gritters on the way home!

Clutch (slave?) cylinder being replaced as we speak. It was losing fluid at a rate of knots. Should be back on the road tomorrow (fingers crossed)
Anyone doing the early Feb show mentioned on the site?
