OK, so who is going to pick up the batton and run with this, and what are 'we' going to do?<br>

Quite happy to deal with trying to sign people up for memberships again. Although, I think a friendly female face paid dividends last year (Susie!)<br>

A good friend of mine rescued a 1500tc (through the club) some time ago. Its pretty solid and far too good to scrap but the engine was crispy ducked.<br>
<br>
He sourced a good engine from a 1500 HL, but pressures of work, moving into his own house etc means the car is still at his parents doing nothing.<br>
<br>
Possible engine swap like we did for Andy P's 1300 3/4 years ago?<br>
<br>
My mate has his own trailer and could get an engine crane etc....<br>
<br>
My slow going Sprint project could do with some sills and wheelarch repair sections,although 2 cars from same location may be difficult on one trailer unless someone could help bring the second vehicle!

Malc will struggle to do any co-ordination, but put me down for 'Hands On' to spanner ect on the day.<br>

I have my 20 year university re-union that weekend (can't miss last weekend of fresher's week!) so I will be useless. The hotel kicks out at 11am, so with a fresh head and a fast car I could be at Stoneliegh for 1ish...yeah, right!

I can say with 90% sureness I will be able to attend, and also bring the same amount of tooling (and Transit) that I brought last year...<br>

If we are short of "projects" to do on the day, I know a car that needs a new vinyl roof....all the prep could be done beforehand....and it's a job I would prefer someone with a little experience of doing the job to help me out with....

Possibly ideal conditions for the job, plenty of hands, plenty of space, no wind, a bit of 240v for heat gun (extra heat if required)<br>

So what projects are we going to have then? I need to make plans for if I am coming in my car or the Transit, so I can start ordering consumables and tools.

Rich has offered his car and the vinyl roof, has anyone else got any projects in mind?<br>

Also to get an idea of people available could you confirm availability? <br>

Am currently thinking of the rear valance on my sprint, but i reckon there could be a lot more than 1days work even with many hands.<br>
